One of the first pointers I received when going on my diet was how to accurately weigh myself. I was told to always use the same scale, then measure myself three times to get a real account for how much I weigh, morning, day, and night, since my body weight fluctuates. So, when EatSmart asked me to review their EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale I was super excited.
Okay, this scale is super cool and I am so excited to tell you all about it, I need to slow down, ha, ha, ha…
First of all, the scale is ultra-easy to set up. Now, you may be saying, um, it’s a scale, how hard could it be? Well, this scale has Proprietary Automatic User Identification Technology, which means that it stores personal data for up to 8 users; how cool, yes??? So, I was able to set myself up as user one, then Hubby is user two, then when Mother-in-law starts her Nutrisystem diet in August, she will be user three.
Now, not only is the scale easy to set up, it is also easy to use. Hubby and I have been using it DAILY since it’s arrival, (we are almost obsessed, ha, ha, ha) and the first thing we noticed about this scale is that their is no more tapping and waiting for the scale to go to zero before stepping on, our EatSmart Scale has “Step-on” technology which gives instant readings, plus it measures % Body Fat, % Total Body Water, % Muscle Mass and Bone Mass!
Oh, and look at how sleek and nice this scale looks; finally a scale I can leave out and not feel the need to hide, right? Both Hubby and I love the 3.5″ Blue LCD display with backlight making it easy to read, morning, noon, or night!
All in all, I just love this scale and all it does for me… So, from here on out, when you see my weight-loss in my Nutrisystem Nation posts, you will know that my weight has been acuratly weighed on my EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale!

Having a daughter getting married next year, the whole family is watching their weight. Being able to set the scale for multiple people is definitely a big plus.
