As you all know, I have been taking steps to become a “healthy family,” so when I heard about Way Better Snacks, made with healthy seeds, grains, and beans I was super excited so I signed up for this amazing event. Thankfully, the event came with a huge box filled with a bag of each flavor chip; Simply Sunny Multi-Grain, Simply Sweet Potato, Simply Unbeatable Blues, Simply Beyond Black Bean, No Salt Naked Blues, as well as, Simply So Sweet Chili.

Our taste test started with the kids at lunch time. Since blue is Little Man’s favorite color, I decided the Simply Unbeatable Blues would be perfect.

I added them to the kids plates of sandwiches and waited patiently to see what they thought! Within seconds of their first bite, each child ranted and raved how much they loved them.

I also added them to my salad and I had to agree! The crunchy texture was very yummy, with just a hint of salt. Since I am such a “texture-freak” as Hubby calls me, I was thrilled with the grains and taste.

That evening Hubby decided to try the Simply So Sweet Chili and within the first handful he was smiling from ear-to-ear, saying that the flavor was amazing and before I could even try one, he had finished the whole bag! That tells you how yummy they were.
