I can’t believe our time on Nutrisystem has come to an end. I am saddened, yet excited to continue my life as a healthier and happier person. Nutrisystem taught me all the tools we need to continue on the path we have chosen and we cannot be more thankful.

Now, I won’t say our weight-loss journey was simple, it wasn’t! It took time and the mindset to do it. The hardest part for hubby and I was learning portion control. I am not sure if you know, but eating a PLATE FULL of food is not always the best way. I know, I know, we were taught to eat everything on our plate, but the trick is to not fill up our plate in the first place, ha, ha, ha!

Nutrisystem taught us that eating healthy does not mean starving or grumbly stomachs. Instead, it means eating smaller portions of healthier choices, more often. Yes, in the beginning it was tough getting used to, but it took no time for my body to adjust and I NEVER went hungry.

We are both super-happy with our results and recommend Nutrisystem to whomever wants to make a life-change!
