Are you a green or echo-friendly person? Are you a subscriber to Kiwi Magazine? Are you always looking for natural and organic products? If you are any of these, then you must check out KIWI Shop, your one-stop-shop for many of the great green brands, such as Earth’s Best, Boiron, Hyland’s Rainbow Light, Seventh Generation, Jason Naturals, and more! They actually have over 300 brands that have been researched and approved by KIWI’s dedicated staff, so you are sure to find just what you are looking for!

The KIWI Shop was kind enough to include me in their Back-to-School event and sent me a huge assortment of items! Including:

Solo Cube, Art Dolls Kit, LiceLogic Repel Conditioning Spray, alternaVites Kids Vitamins, Grab n’ Go Finger Paint, a Green Crocodile Safari Bento Box, a set of Wean Green Snack Cubes, Good For You Girls Gel Daily Face Wash, as well as an ECOlunchbox Solo Cube!

2013-07-19 18.16.31Wow, right? This is an amazing kit! So of course my kids got super excited and wanted to jump in to see what everything was, but I needed some time to figure it all out for myself. Of course the skin and hair care items were awesome to me, but the kids were more interested in everything else, ha, ha, ha!

First thing was snacks; you know you can’t do anything with kids without providing snacks, so I filled our little Wean Green Snack Cubes and we went to work starting with the Arterro Art Dolls Kit and the Wee Can Too Grab & Go paint set!

The Wee Can Too Grab & Go paint set had to be a family favorite. This set is made with real fruits and veggie powders so there are no harsh chemicals. Each one is eight-ounces of powder that you just mix with water to make your paint. This paint is actually so safe it is safe enough to eat; NICE, right? Well, after reading that the paints could be use on any surface including the skin I asked the kids what they wanted to do and they all agreed to try it on their face. Yeah, I was a bit worried, since you never want to try a new product on your face, but after much arguing, I finally gave in, ha, ha, ha! (This is where I was happy to know how KIWI Shop researches each of their products.) Anyways, I started by putting just a bit of the powder on a plate and carefully added a bit of water at a time. This was a little trial and error, trying to figure out the right consistency, but it took no time for me to get it and we got to painting. What I loved was that any time we weren’t happy with something we did, the paint wiped right off with water, no mess! Oh and it washed right out of the brushes, as well!

After our busy morning of painting it was lunch time and I figured it would be a great day for a picnic. I grabbed the ECOlunchbox Solo Cube and the Green Sprouts On Safari Bento Box and filled them with the lunch. The girls REALLY loved the  Green Sprouts On Safari Bento Box because it is THREE steps. The bottom part was perfect for the sandwich, the middle part was just right for the snacks, and the top clipped everything into place!

We then headed out for our picnic and had a blast!

All in all, I can’t wait to use all of these items in just a few weeks and know that you will love them just as much as I do!
