I have been going up and down with my weight-loss battle. Every time that I think I am doing amazing, I get on the scale and realize it hasn’t budged, and then I remember the pizza I had one night, the baby back ribs I had another and I am not so shocked. Truth is that I hate giving up good food. Now this isn’t saying that I don’t understand that to get to my goal I need to cut back. This is why I was eager to try Calorease. Unlike many other diet aids, it is completely stimulant-free and there-fore isn’t bad for your heart.
The way that it works is that you simply take two tablets with any fat-containing meal, three times a day. These tablets have been researched in clinical trials to show that they bind and eliminate up to nine times its weight in dietary fat, reducing up to 500 calories a day from the fat in the food.
YAY, finally something that can help give me that edge I need without always having to give up the meals I want.
Since I started on Calorease, I have no issues going out to eat as I know I have a secret weapon hiding in my purse. Calorease doesn’t give me the okay to gorge myself or over-eat, it just adjusts what I am eating to fit my diet.
I love that in between my nightly salads and pre-portioned meals, I am able to indulge in a couple of slices of pizza, a steak, and even baby back ribs on occasion, without feeling guilty.
Please know that there is no program or special diet that I followed, instead I continued with my balanced and nutritious diet and continued going to the gym.
Here is a little fact – Did you know?
It’s understood that fiber can bind with dietary fat and prevent fat from being digested. But since most fibers bind fat at a 1:1 ratio, you would have to consume unrealistic amounts of ordinary fiber to gain any benefit—until now. The unique, patented fiber in Calorease (FBCx) binds up to 9 times its weight in dietary fat, reducing up to 15,000 calories per month from a normal diet.
Here is a little video showing you the details –
I took Calorease for two weeks and lost a total of 1.5 pounds. This was a big achievement for me, as I had been stuck where I was. Please keep in mind that Calorease is not a license to overeat, nor is it a magic bullet for quick weight loss, but it can help! Oh and I forgot to mention – Calorease does not contain gluten, lactose, yeast, wheat, sugar, salt, egg, soy, dairy, artificial colors, sweeteners or preservatives, so since it is naturally sourced from grain it is suitable for vegans!
All in all, I have enjoyed my trial of Calorease and would recommend it for those who need a little extra help and it is pretty cost-effective, costing $29.99 for a 90-tablet pack! PLUS – you can get a 50% discount paying only $14.99 for a 90-tablet pack! Visit calorease.com/buy and enter code ‘4MOMS’.
