Now, I started with the Country-Style Potatoes & Egg bowl and I have to say I was really unsure. I removed the packaging and was a bit worried on how the consitancy of the egg would be after freezing and microwaving, but because I am such a big fan of hearty breakfast meals, I knew I had to give it a try.

I followed the directions and pierced the package and then microwaved for three minutes. I let it sit for about a minute or so, removed it and cut into it. It was still a bit cool, so I put it back in the microwave for another minute and when I removed it, it was perfect. Again, I was a bit leary as I put the first bite into my mouth and oh my heavenly-goodness; it was delicious. The eggs were the perfect texture and the potatoes were soft, yet not chewy. The turkey pieces were lean and the kale and white pepper added the perfect additions.

I was pleasantly surprised; though it didn’t look so tasty it was one of the best microwaved breakfasts I have ever had. I am not kidding. The only time I was upset was when I looked down and saw my empty bowl.

  1. This is AWESOME! We love hot breakfasts like this, but they take SO long to cook. This is a much better alternative. Thanks!

  2. These look amazing, and they’re right up our alley! We’re big on hot breakfasts here. We MUST have our eggs and sausage or bacon in the morning.
