Holiday Gift Guide Giveaway – Give the gift of kids books from #NatGeoKids

Giving the gift of kids books is so important as it gives the kids something they can cherish for years, especially if those books at National Geographic Kids Books. Gifts for kids

I love giving the kids National Geographic Kids books for Christmas but instead of allowing them to get lost under the tree, what I do is give a book a night the weeks leading up to the holiday. The way I do it is that each night, for 25 nights, the kids each get to pick a book from under the tree. The books are all wrapped and it is so much fun watching them unwrap an amazing book for us to begin treasuring imediatly.kids-books-natgeo-kids

This year, the folks at National Geographic Kids is helping us fill our kids minds with knowledge and adventure by sending us a package of amazing kids books. You see, National Geographic Kids Books is featuring SIX new titles that are perfect for gift giving.  They are big, bold and beautiful hardcovers; cater to book enthusiasts and reluctant readers alike; and are fun, inspiring AND educational (but don’t tell your kids that last part!).  nat-geo-kids-books

The Book of Heroines and The Book of Heroes (ages 8-12, $14.99) – I don’t know about your kids, but mine are obsessed with heros and this is the perfect time to teach them that a hero is more than someone who flies around in a mask.
