Sponsorship Packages for 2012

I am going to BlogHer ’12 and I am ready to take your brand with me!

I am excited to say that this year I hope to attend BlogHer ’12, in New York City, and I would love to take YOUR company with me!

BlogHer is the largest conference for bloggers and each year thousands of bloggers attend this sold-out conference. It’s an amazing conference that allows women and brands to network together, to build strong online communities that in turn form lasting relationships. Attending the conference with your help will enable me to build and grow my existing knowledge of online marketing and in addition, I can be a voice for your brand at the conference to women and mommies who are making the majority of shopping decisions.

I am hoping to have a room mate to cut down on the cost of the accommodations and together we hope to network for our sponsors.

The estimated costs for attending BlogHer’12 in New York City, including the conference ticket, transportation, accommodations, and incidentals total around $1,597.50. Remember, I will be rooming-in with another blogger to help keep these costs down.

When: August 2 – 4, 2012

Where: New York City – Hilton

Costs:

Blogger Conference Pass: $198.00

Hotel: $799.00/2 = $399.50

Flight: From San Antonio to New York = $500.00 (this is estimated)

Other (food, transportation, wardrobe, etc.): Approx. $500.00

Total: $1,597.50

So, to assist me in getting there, I am looking for companies who would like the exposure of promoting YOUR product to a very large group of ladies.

What I can offer you as a sponsor:
I’ll be your Brand Ambassador before, during, and after BlogHer ‘12. This is especially perfect if you are launching a new product, looking to expand your PR network, trying to increase your brand awareness, or looking to help out a frugal blogger!

I will make sure that every one of my readers (via my blog, Facebook, and Twitter) will know about you and your products! I will put my marketing degree to good use!

I have five different Sponsorship Packages available and would love if you would fill one of them:

Full Sponsorship Package – $1597.50

* Sidebar button advertising for 12 months
* Twice Monthly Facebook post about your company (currently have almost 19,000 fans)
* Twice Weekly tweet for 1 year about your company (currently have 6,403 followers, with a TweetReach of over 25,000 people and 145,000 Impressions)
* Twice Monthly blog post for 1 year (promote your sales, events, contests)
* Mention of your company (with link to your site) in every blog post I write about BlogHer
* Tweet about your company while at BlogHer – includes brand hashtag – minimum twice per day
* Brand promotion at BlogHer (I’ll wear a t-shirt, carry a tote with your logo, place logo sticker on my laptop or iPad, etc – it’s up to you!)
* Though I will not be allowed to hand out too much brand info and/or product samples to fellow bloggers while at the conference, I will have business cards made up with my information on the front and your information on the back to hand out to everyone I come in contact with! This is a great way for your brand/product to expand its reach to other influential bloggers!

*I will be happy to take your product along with me to BlogHer, use/wear it while I am there, and direct people to your website to obtain more information about it.

Since this is considered to be a Marketing Campaign, I will send you an invoice for my services and it’s a write off for you, the brand. The Full Sponsorship ensures that your brand will be the ONLY brand my Twitter followers, Facebook Friends and readers will see while I’m at BlogHer’12.

Partial Sponsorship- 3rd Tier: $400

I know that August is quite a bit away, but since I am a planner and am always looking to save money, I have found that booking hotel, conference tickets, and travel are always least expensive when booked as far in advanced as possible. (Conference tickets are 30% off if booked by February.)
